Return & Refund Policy
Shariah-Compliant Transactions
01 Introduction
We conduct all transactions based on fairness (Adl) and mutual consent (Taradhi). If you are not satisfied, we aim to resolve matters ethically and transparently.
02 Returns
You can return products within 7 days if they are:
- Unused and Unopened
- Original Packaging
To request a return, email support@gadgetspakistan.com with your order number.
03 Refunds
A full refund will be issued if the product packaging is intact or the product is defective, damaged, or not working. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days using the same payment method.
04 Ethical Consideration
We avoid Gharar (uncertainty) and Zulm (injustice). Each case is reviewed fairly and promptly by our ethical compliance team.
05 Non-Returnable Items
Used, opened, or damaged products (not due to shipping/manufacturing fault) are not eligible for return or refund to maintain hygiene and Shariah trade integrity.
06 Shipping Costs
If a return is due to our error or product fault, we bear the return cost. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
