Welcome to Gadgets Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of any products. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms, designed for fairness, honesty, and trust (Amanah).

1. Our Business Ethics

At Gadgets Pakistan, we believe business is an act of trust (Amanah). All dealings are guided by truthfulness (Sidq), justice (Adl), and mutual consent (Taradhi). We strictly prohibit Riba (interest), Gharar (uncertainty), and Zulm (injustice).

2. Use of Website

  • • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • • Interference with functionality, security, or data integrity is strictly prohibited.
  • • All logos, product images, and text are exclusive property of Gadgets Pakistan.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders require accurate personal details. Prices are in PKR including taxes.

Note: We do not charge or collect any form of interest (Riba). We reserve the right to adjust orders in case of system malfunctions.

4. Product Information & Availability

We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in color or design may occur. Products are subject to availability. If out of stock, you will be notified promptly for a refund or replacement.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Guided by Adl and Taradhi:

7-day return period for unused/unopened items.
Full refund or replacement for defective goods.

6. Shipping Policy

Processed within 24–48 hours. Major cities: 2–4 days. Other regions: 4–7 days. Please contact us within 48 hours for damaged arrivals.

7. Cancellation

Orders Dispatch dispatch may be canceled. Once shipped, follow the Return Policy procedures.

8. Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the principles of Shariah.

10. Amendments to Terms

Gadgets Pakistan reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
